Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after full payment has been received.
- Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays
- Processing time does not include shipping transit time
- You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped
Local Pickup (Phoenix Metro Area)
For customers located in the Phoenix Metro Valley, we offer local pickup options.
- Pickup times are arranged by appointment

- Our team will coordinate a convenient pickup time and location
Shipping Rates & Carriers
We ship all orders using UPS as our preferred carrier.
- Flat Rate Shipping: $12 per order
- All shipments include tracking
Shipping Methods
In-State (Arizona):
- Orders are typically shipped via UPS Ground Service
Out-of-State (U.S.):
- Orders are shipped via UPS 2-Day Air Service (business days only)
Delivery Time Expectations
Shipping timelines begin after processing is complete and are based on carrier service.
Example:
- Order placed and paid on Thursday
- Ships within 1–2 business days
- Delivered via 2-Day Air → Expected delivery: Monday
Note: UPS 2-Day Air refers to business days only (no weekends unless upgraded).
Saturday Delivery Option
If Saturday delivery is required:
- Additional $16 fee applies
- Must be requested before payment so the invoice can be adjusted
Overnight Shipping Requests
If you require overnight delivery:
- Contact Kronos prior to payment
- A custom invoice will be issued with adjusted shipping costs
Shipping Delays & Carrier Responsibility
Kronos BioPerformance is not responsible for delays once a package has been transferred to the carrier.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Weather delays
- Carrier operational issues
- Holidays or high-volume shipping periods
We do not guarantee delivery dates, as all timelines are subject to carrier performance.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, Kronos BioPerformance is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location
- We recommend monitoring tracking updates closely on delivery day
- If theft is suspected, please contact your local carrier office or file a claim directly with UPS
If your package is lost in transit (not marked delivered):
- Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
- We will assist in filing a carrier claim
Temperature & Product Integrity Disclaimer
Many Kronos products are temperature-sensitive and may be affected by environmental conditions during shipping.
- Products may be exposed to heat or cold during transit
- Kronos BioPerformance does not guarantee temperature control during shipping unless explicitly stated
- Temporary exposure to non-ideal temperatures does not necessarily indicate product damage
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with shipping temperature-sensitive materials.
Delivery Issues & Claims
If you experience any delivery-related issue:
- You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order
- This allows us to initiate a claim with the carrier when applicable
